Terms of sale are strictly "Net 30 Days" from date of invoice. 2% discounts is strictly 10 days from date of the invoice. Finance chargers at the rate of 2% per month shall be charged to all accounts that are unpaid after 30 days. Buyers shall be responsible for all cost of collections including reasonable attorney fees. Heat and sensor also accepts Visa/ Master card / American Express. Any account 60 days passed due are subjected to suspension.
Variation in Shipping
Manufacturing of our products, is necessary to allow for losses in production and for this reason, we reserve the right to ship as stated below with the exceptions of rushes.

Warranty
Heat and Sensor warrants that at time of shipment, the products manufactured by Heat and Sensor and sold here under will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year of shipment.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to change, but in the event we shall not meet delivery date we are not responsible to pay for any shipping expenses. Seller shall not be liable to buyer or any third party for undirected or consequential damages due to delays on shipments or delivery of goods.
Shipments
All collect shipments must be insured by the buyer at the buyer’s risk. Method and route of shipments will be at the discretion of the seller unless specified by buyer. If the buyer is shipping charges and it will be added to the invoice. Any shipment that is damaged during shipping is the buyer’s responsibility to report to Ups/Fed Ex. When they receive it Heat and Sensor cannot be responsible for damages due to shipping.
Receiving Purchase Orders
Orders that are received before 4pm Eastern time will be processed as received that day. Orders received after 4pm Eastern will be processed as received the following day. This applies to all discount schedules and delivery date.
